Undamaged
With all tags included
With original packaging

Non–European orders are only eligible for returns with the return shipping label. Once your return request has been accepted, an email with the instructions will be sent.

Items shipped to a pick–up location will not be accounted for and will therefore be sent back.

1. Through our return center, you can ask for exchanges, refunds or store credits.
 Once approved, an email will be sent with the instructions to follow.
2. We will be ready to accept your returned items. 
When the order has been delivered to us, items will be checked by our quality control team for the final approval.
3. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a final email confirming the solution for the return.
